Mission
The window for automation is open. We're holding it.
Rohboter is the infrastructure layer for robotics and automation adoption — connecting operators, vetted vendors, and financing partners through one trusted platform.
Hardware prices are falling and capabilities are improving fast. Leasing through Rohboter protects buyers from owning depreciating assets — you stay on the current generation instead of being stranded with last year's spec.
For buyers
Robotics adoption is broken.
- · 11-month vendor evaluations
- · Capex fights and stalled budgets
- · Failed pilots from missed site requirements
- · No single owner across discovery, deploy, and ROI
For vendors
Sales cycles burn margin.
- · Long discovery with unqualified leads
- · Customers asking for financing the vendor can't underwrite
- · Pilot churn from poor site readiness
- · No shared workspace with the buyer
How Rohboter works
One platform. End-to-end.
- 01Buyers submit a workflow assessment describing the operational problem.
- 02Our automation specialists match the right vendors and pre-qualify financing.
- 03Rohboter coordinates site readiness, deployment, and pilot ramp.
- 04Buyers track uptime and ROI; vendors track lead-to-deployment in one dashboard.

Built for the People Who Have to Make Automation Actually Work
Rohboter was founded on a simple observation: the robotics industry is advancing incredibly fast, but for most organizations, figuring out what to automate, which robot to choose, and whether the investment actually makes sense is still far too difficult.
I'm Sam Ramirez, founder of Rohboter. My background isn't in building robots — it's in leading organizations, managing people and budgets, evaluating complex operational decisions, and turning new ideas into practical solutions.
I've spent more than a decade working in and around organizational leadership, including serving as a local government executive and elected leader responsible for an approximately $85 million public organization, and working in senior human resources and labor relations roles. I'm also pursuing graduate studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School, focused on how people, organizations, and technology intersect.
That experience shaped the idea behind Rohboter.
Leaders don't need another website filled with impressive robot videos. They need answers to practical questions:
- Can this technology solve my problem?
- Will it reduce costs, address a labor shortage, improve safety, or increase productivity?
- Which robot is actually right for my operation?
- What will it cost — and what is the return on investment?
Rohboter is being built to answer those questions.
Our goal is to create an independent platform where organizations can discover commercial robots based on the work they need done, compare solutions across manufacturers, understand the economics, and connect with the right companies to move from exploration to deployment.
We don't believe every job should be automated.
We believe organizations should have better information to decide what should be automated, when it makes sense, and which technology is best suited to do it.
That's what we're building at Rohboter.
